Terms and conditions
PAYMENT TERMS
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Debits card, Cash
- Cash payments: One-off jobs - pay on completion; subscription plans - pay monthly.
- Twice weekly/weekly/fortnightly subscriptions: Pay per scoop, payment will be collected the day before the scoop. No contracts!
- Monthly subscriptions: Are paid 1 month in advance. Payment is due the day before your scoop.
- Missed or late payments: Services will be paused until payment is received. If your service is skipped due to non-payment, a one-time cleaning fee may apply upon service renewal
- Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice required; otherwise the scheduled service will still be charged
- One-off cleans: 50% upfront to secure your booking; remaining balance due on completion
WEATHER POLICY
- In the event of heavy rain, snow, ice, or extreme weather, we may not be able to safely carry out your service. We will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a new date. Our goal at Simply Scoop is to keep your garden clean while ensuring the safety of our team and your property.
ACCESS TO YOUR GARDEN
- Please ensure garden gates and access points are clear for scheduled visits
- If we cannot access your garden, the service may be skipped and standard charges will apply
- Leave gates unlocked or provide a combination/key for access
- Simply Scoop will never leave gates open and will photograph secured gates/access points upon completion
- In overgrown gardens or areas covered with leaves or debris, some waste may be missed. Please contact us if this happens, and we will aim to address it on the next visit once the garden is more accessible
WASTE DISPOSAL
- Pet waste will be securely double-bagged and placed into your domestic wheelie bin.
- We can remove your pet waste entirely from your property at an additional charge.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- Simply Scoop takes care to avoid damage, but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing garden features or damage caused by hidden obstacles.
